Goods will remain sealed and packed in good condition during delivery. Do not received if seal is broken. Return is accepted for manufacturing defects only.
Goods are considered delivered in good and working condition upon signing off by the Customer or Customer’s representative. Any damage caused after which will be under the full responsibility of the customer and this includes Customer or Customer representative’s instruction of leaving the goods outside the premise, pass goods to the neighbour etc.
If customer provided a wrong delivery address or contact number that caused parcel to be rejected or returned, Customer will have to bear the recurring shipping cost.
Orders will be processed and packed upon payment confirmation during business day of Monday to Friday. Order placed by 3.00pm (GMT +8) will be processed within the same business day, order placed after 3.00pm (GMT +8) will be processed within the next business day.
