Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made from RW Nutriogreen Sdn Bhd (“RW Nutriogreen”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), whether through our official website, authorised online platforms, distributors, retail outlets, or promotional events.
1. Order Processing
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, the order will be prepared and dispatched to the appointed courier service provider.
RW Nutriogreen reserves the right to adjust processing timelines during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service provider, customs clearance (for international shipments), and other external factors.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
Peninsular Malaysia
Approximately 2–5 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Approximately 4–8 working days
International / Overseas Orders
Approximately 7–21 working days, depending on destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Please note that the above timelines are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
3. Courier & Delivery Responsibility
Once the parcel has been dispatched to the courier service provider, RW Nutriogreen shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, or damage during transit caused by the courier company.
Customers may track their shipment using the tracking information provided, where applicable.
RW Nutriogreen will assist where reasonably possible in coordinating with the courier company in the event of delivery issues.
4. Parcel Condition Upon Delivery
All products are shipped sealed and securely packed to ensure product quality and integrity.
Customers are advised to inspect the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or the seal is broken, the Customer should decline acceptance of the parcel and notify us immediately.
RW Nutriogreen shall not be responsible for any claims made after the parcel has been accepted by the Customer.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery attempts fail due to the Customer being unavailable, unreachable, or unable to receive the parcel, the courier service provider may arrange a redelivery attempt or return the parcel to RW Nutriogreen.
Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges arising from failed delivery attempts may be borne by the Customer.
6. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the correct delivery address and contact number.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery information provided by the Customer, the Customer will be required to bear any additional shipping or re-delivery charges.
7. Courier Service Provider
RW Nutriogreen reserves the right to appoint, change, or substitute the courier service provider used for delivery without prior notice, depending on operational requirements and delivery efficiency.
The selected courier service provider will be responsible for the handling and transportation of the parcel once it has been dispatched.
8. Policy Applicability
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all RW Nutriogreen products, including but not limited to the nutrioG product range such as CardiBerry and FairieVite, regardless of whether the purchase was made online, offline, through authorised distributors, retail outlets, or promotional events.
9. Policy Updates
RW Nutriogreen reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on our official website.
