This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from RW Nutriogreen Sdn Bhd (“RW Nutriogreen”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), whether through our official website, authorised online platforms, distributors, retail outlets, or promotional events.

1. Final Sale Policy

All products purchased from RW Nutriogreen are considered final sale upon successful payment.

Once payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed, the goods shall be deemed sold to the Customer and orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except under circumstances stated in this policy.

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is not permitted once payment has been successfully processed.

Customers are advised to carefully review their order details before completing payment to ensure accuracy of the selected products and delivery information.

3. Return Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Returns will only be accepted in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Customers must notify RW Nutriogreen within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the defect.

To be eligible for return:

• The product must remain unused

• The product must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be provided

RW Nutriogreen reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any replacement.

Shipping costs for such returns will be borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated by RW Nutriogreen.

4. Non-Returnable Items
