Datin Heather Lee is the Founder of RW Nutriogreen and the driving force behind nutrioG, a wellness brand dedicated to natural-based beauty and dietary supplement innovations. With over 28 years of entrepreneurial experience, she has built and managed businesses across the personal care, cosmeceutical, nutraceutical and technology sectors.
Passionate about wellness and the potential of nature’s resources, Heather is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Healthcare Management, further strengthening her knowledge of health, wellbeing and evidence-informed natural solutions.
She currently holds directorship roles in RW Nutriogreen Sdn Bhd, Dermascience Sdn Bhd and Ideal Beauty Alliance Sdn Bhd, focusing on skincare, personal care, colour cosmetics and premium natural-based products for local and international markets.
As the Brand Architect of nutrioG, Heather is closely involved in product development, ingredient sourcing, formulation direction and brand strategy. Her philosophy centres on harnessing natural, nutrient-dense ingredients and combining them with scientific knowledge and evidence-informed formulation to create purposeful wellness solutions.
She believes that business should create value beyond profit, bringing together the wisdom of nature, science and innovation to contribute meaningfully to people’s wellbeing.

Dr. Jillian Yeoh is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of international experience across Asia and Europe, spanning industries including healthcare, wellness, hospitality, luxury fashion and financial services.
She founded her first cosmeceutical manufacturing laboratory more than 14 years ago and has held directorship roles in international companies, leading strategic operations across the Asia-Pacific region in beauty, health, healthcare facilitation and consulting.
Prior to co-founding RW Nutriogreen, Dr. Jillian was the Founder of IMM Healthcare and the Regional Director of TEMOS International Healthcare Accreditation (Germany). Her work connects the fields of cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals and healthcare, with the shared goal of promoting healthier and better living.
Driven by her passion for health and longevity, she completed a Doctorate in Aged Care and subsequently a Postdoctoral qualification in Community Health at Harvard University. She has also been recognised for her contributions to the healthcare industry, including:
