Datin Heather Lee is the founder of RW Nutriogreen and the visionary behind nutrioG’s beauty and dietary supplement innovations. With over 28 years of entrepreneurial experience, she has successfully built and managed multiple businesses in the personal care, cosmeceutical, nutraceutical and technology sectors.

She currently holds directorship roles in RW Nutriogreen Sdn Bhd, Dermascience Sdn Bhd and Ideal Beauty Alliance Sdn Bhd, companies focused on the manufacturing of skincare, colour cosmetics and personal care products, as well as developing premium natural-based brands for both local and international markets.

Guided by a strong philosophy that business should create value beyond profit, Datin Heather believes in building products that contribute meaningfully to people’s wellbeing. Her commitment to quality ingredients, reliable sourcing and effective formulations continues to shape the development of RW Nutriogreen and the nutrioG brand today.

Dr. Jillian Yeoh

Dr. Jillian Yeoh is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of international experience across Asia and Europe, spanning industries including healthcare, wellness, hospitality, luxury fashion and financial services.

She founded her first cosmeceutical manufacturing laboratory more than 14 years ago and has held directorship roles in international companies, leading strategic operations across the Asia-Pacific region in beauty, health, healthcare facilitation and consulting.

Prior to co-founding RW Nutriogreen, Dr. Jillian was the Founder of IMM Healthcare and the Regional Director of TEMOS International Healthcare Accreditation (Germany). Her work connects the fields of cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals and healthcare, with the shared goal of promoting healthier and better living.

Driven by her passion for health and longevity, she completed a Doctorate in Aged Care and subsequently a Postdoctoral qualification in Community Health at Harvard University. She has also been recognised for her contributions to the healthcare industry, including:
